We are excited to announce that our Associate Director at CTT Accountancy, Amy O’Keeffe, has been nominated for the ‘Service Provider of the Year’ award by Ladies First Professional Development.
Amy is a hardworking and talented individual at the CTT Group. We are ecstatic that her skills and qualities are being recognised outside the company. Since joining, Amy has continuously built on her extensive accounting experience, studying for her STEP qualification and participating in digital skills training. Both of which are valuable assets for the business and demonstrate her determination to succeed.
Ladies First Professional Development is a membership organisation for women involved in business across the Coventry and Warwickshire region. They are an inclusive network featuring women from all backgrounds and ages at different stages of their careers.
Their three main principles are;
- Inspire through speakers.
- Inform with business skills workshops.
- ntroduce members to networking with new people.
Values which also match those of the CTT group.
The organisation hosts the Ladies First Business & Inspirational Women Awards ceremony yearly, recognising the outstanding achievements across the year in the Coventry and Warwickshire region. Some of the Award categories included this year are ‘Unique Business of the Year’, and ‘Digital Star’. These awards not only congratulate nominees on their achievements but also a fantastic night to celebrate all women in business and meet inspiring individuals.
The event will take place on 24th March 2022 at Coombe Abbey Hotel with a champagne reception and dinner. The charities for the Ladies First Business & Inspirational Women Awards 2022 this year are Suited for Success. They provide free high-quality donated interview clothes, styling and interview preparation skills for unemployed men and women who have a confirmed job interview. St. Basils work with young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them to find and keep a home, grow their confidence and develop their skills.
