Life Assurance
Our Life Assurance package allows you to produce a full Life Assurance Trust yourself for your clients as well as allowing you to assign the benefits your client’s existing Life Assurance policies to an existing Trust. Life Assurance Package includes:
- Life Assurance trust (Including Split Trust*)
- Deed of Assignment
Pension Package
This Pension Package allows your client to nominate their pension death benefits to Trust in the event of Death in Service, avoiding the pitfalls of no nomination such as benefits not being paid to the intended beneficiary. Pension Package includes:
- Pension Trust
- Nomination of Death Benefits (Including Flexi Access Beneficiaries)
Each document within the package costs 1 credit.
- 0-20 credits = £22.50 + VAT per credit
- 21 – 50 credits = £20 + VAT per credit
- 51+ credits = £15 + VAT per credit

This creates an order to draft the documents, which can be submitted to the Professional Processing Bundle, licenced to their group, or directly to Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd *.
