After leaving the mining industry Clive wanted to take a completely different career route and joined a company taking instructions for wills and associated documents.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Over fifteen years ago, Clive set up his own company taking instructions for and processing wills and associated documents for his own clients. As well as his own work Clive was approached by a number of national organisations to train their staff and process all of their documentation. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates. He is also an IFA qualified to DipPFS level.<\/p>\n<p>He has been working at Countrywide since 2004, providing bespoke solutions for advisors and clients, and is now heavily involved in the technical development of the <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.ctt-group.co.uk\/news\/will-writing-software-for-solicitors\">Legacy software<\/a> in his role. She became a full TEP in 2017 following her completion of the STEP Diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients. Charlotte regularly speaks at industry events and attends meetings with key stakeholders in the legal sector such as the Law Commission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block\">She was a member of the Industry Working Group (IWG) on Electronic Execution of Documents established by the Ministry of Justice, a 3 year appointment looking at increasing confidence and reliance on the electronic execution of documents across law and industry.
