Spencer met every demand of the role, from thoroughly handling consultant queries, to pioneering our services with his frequent team presentations. Moreover, his completion of the STEP Diploma with CTT further expanded his capabilities, making him one of our most trusted and respected specialists.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2017<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Technical Director<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p>Having excelled in a wide range of skills and acted as a fantastic mentor to advisors in training, Spencer took on the position of a Technical Director. With his unique ability to share and articulate his teaching to all members of our team effortlessly, Spencer handles internal training, queries, and frequently delivers in-house presentations, which according to our colleagues, are simply sensational.
