She quickly demonstrated an ability to handle complex cases with efficiency, gaining experience in liaising with solicitors and ensuring high standards for our clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2022<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Conveyancing Executive<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Her next step up saw Elen taking on a broader caseload and delving into more complex transactions. She was entrusted with drafting intricate legal documentation and became a key point of contact for both consultants and solicitors, strengthening her technical skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2022<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Acting Team Leader, Conveyancing<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In June, Elen took on the challenge of leading the conveyancing team. She provided guidance on technical matters, such as trust property transfers and new process development. This role expanded her influence, helping her build leadership skills that would set her up for success in her future roles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2024<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Risk and Compliance Manager<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">As Risk and Compliance Manager, Elen applied her expertise to oversee GDPR and AML policies, safeguarding CTT\u2019s legal compliance. Her ability to manage both risk and legal requirements proved critical in maintaining the high standards of client and member security that CTT is known for.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2024<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Process Improvement Manager<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today, Elen drives excellence as CTT\u2019s Process Improvement Manager. Her focus is on streamlining internal processes to ensure higher customer satisfaction and timely, compliant services. Elen is instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and elevate the quality of work across our teams.
