He ensured clients were given information on how trusts operate and organised trustee meetings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2022<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Operations and Trust Technician<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p>Responsible for evaluating and maximising the Trust Management team\u2019s performance, Connor honed his analytical and problem-solving skills during this time, as well as team communication. His understanding of the law of trusts also developed while dealing with complaints that were escalated to a senior level.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2023<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Trust Management Team Leader<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p>While supervising and supporting the Trust Management department staff, developing and improving Internal processes for the team and for the company at large, Connor also dealt with complex and bespoke trust transactions and enquiries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2024<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">AI Delivery Manager<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p>Ensuring the smooth delivery of our AI services to members and their clients, Connor provided hands-on support and onboarding, feeding back any issues and developing solutions in line with client needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item\" role=\"presentation\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"year\">2024<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title h3\">Estate Planning Support Team Leader <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\"><p>In addition to overseeing the Estate Planning Support Team, helping members deliver the right guidance to advisers, and giving CTT members access to our in-house expertise, Connor is instrumental in developing our adviser provisions, including course and webinars, and how they are delivered.
