  Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  Technical <\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Lead, develop, and mentor the paraplanning team, ensuring continuous professional development and performance excellence.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the production of high-quality suitability reports, research, and financial planning analysis in accordance with our compliance procedures and software.<\/li>\n
  • Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and service delivery within the team.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with financial advisers to support client recommendations and financial strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Manage workload allocation within the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation, financial products, and industry best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Support the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance paraplanning efficiencies.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex financial planning cases.<\/li>\n
  • Work with the admin team and paraplanning team to ensure they are proficient in completion of annual review packs and spotting opportunities within the client bank with a view to ensuring that the adviser enters a meeting fully equipped with the tools to complete any potential new business.<\/li>\n
  • Push new business cases to ensure that these are moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Comply with internal and external Service Level Agreements<\/li>\n
    • Attend client meetings and promote the company\u2019s services in a professional & FCA compliant manner.<\/li>\n
    • Deal effectively with enquiries from clients and third parties<\/li>\n
    • Report any customer service issues or complaints to Practice Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      IT & Systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      To make effective use of the: –<\/p>\n

      • Microsoft & Email systems<\/li>\n

      • Use the back office system on a daily basis to ensure that tasks are maintained across the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Key Skills & Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

          • Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) required; Chartered or working towards Chartered status desirable but not essential. Support will be provided by the business to achieve this qualification.<\/li>\n
          • Extensive experience in paraplanning, with a strong technical knowledge of financial planning and products.<\/li>\n
          • Experience managing and developing a team.<\/li>\n
          • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial planning principles.<\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with advisers and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
          • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
