You will produce recommendations for improvement where required and work with team leaders across the business in these key areas. You will also deal with disputes with local authorities in relation to long term care funding, as well as corresponding with clients, advisers and other professionals in relation to all matters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"601\"><strong>Summary of Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To monitor, investigate and respond to client feedback.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To monitor the progress of complaints and actively follow up with teams as needed to ensure resolution.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring complaints are recorded and acknowledged whilst liaising with the relevant Team Leader to ensure thorough investigation and timely responses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Drafting responses to complaints.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify the root cause of issues and contribute to the development and improvement of business systems and processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support the Team Leader in formatting and proposing process changes or improvements for discussion.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To liaise with local authorities regarding long term care funding disputes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review files and chase for outstanding information where required.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Complete Financial Assessment Forms.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist other team members with drafting responses to local authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with other authorities where required.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaising with clients, advisers and other professionals in relation to all matters.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review cases, provide overviews and establish timelines, identifying any potential issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To make effective use of case management systems and ensure efficient use of time and resources across the business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with training other members of staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"601\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Highlight target areas to drive business efficiency and an improved customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review existing systems and processes, and identify and recommend improvements to optimise processes in light of feedback received from clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide ongoing support and development of existing processes and systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide support and ongoing training to the wider business.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dealing with complaints in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To make appropriate recommendations for service improvement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To attend and complete relevant training.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To co-operate with and take part in the business\u2019 appraisal process.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Make effective use of case management systems, Microsoft, and email systems.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"601\"><strong>Key Knowledge &amp;
