Amy is the dynamic director of CTT Accountancy. Having qualified as a chartered accountant at the age of 22, she co-founded the company shortly after. Now, she manages the business with great autonomy and has steered it to significant success.

Amy brings honesty, directness, and exceptional communication skills to the table. She works with clients from diverse industries, and her understanding of the current client base has made her a valuable asset to the company. Her exposure to various industries, coupled with her well-rounded knowledge of trusts, estate planning, and legal services through her STEP Qualification, has enabled her to offer exceptional service to clients.

Katie Allison

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Katie has recently obtained her ACCA qualification, making her a fully chartered certified accountant. Katie joined CTT Accountancy in August 2021 from a larger firm where her role as a trainee saw her working across multiple accounting disciplines and a variety of clients. Now, she’s looking forward to developing her skillset and portfolio at CTT Accountancy, with her sights set on becoming a Senior Account Manager.

Her enthusiastic approach, excellent communication, and commitment to best practice ensure that Katie delivers exceptional service at every stage of our clients’ journeys. She thrives on achieving the best possible outcome for clients while performing a vital role in supporting the director Amy, and passing her knowledge on to junior team members.

Laura Harrison

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Laura may be part-time at CTT Accountancy, but she brings everything to her role as Accounts Assistant.
Her bookkeeping and payroll expertise are second to none.
With an in-depth knowledge of PAYE processing, her dedicated eye for detail ensures our clients are fully compliant, always. Laura also handles trust and estate registrations and pension submissions, skills she’s developed since joining CTT Accountancy in 2021.

Her outgoing, lively approach makes her the perfect personality for heading up CTT Accountancy’s social media channels, and when you call our offices, it’s Laura’s bubbly voice you’ll likely hear on the phone. She enjoys getting to know clients and building a relationship with them that allows her to provide a personalised service to suit their business’ needs.

Harvir Panesar

TRAINEE ACCOUNTANT

Harvir, the newest addition to CTT Accountancy, brings a wealth of knowledge and ambition to his role. Graduating from Coventry University with a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance, Harvir was recognised as the highest performer on his course, winning the Course Tutor’s Prize.

Prior to joining CTT in May 2023, Harvir gained valuable experience during his eight-month tenure at an accountancy firm in Coventry. His impressive track record and undeniable potential caught the attention of CTT’s directors, who were eager to welcome him on board.

Harvir’s strong work ethic and skills in financial accounts, management accounts, and business advice make him a true all-rounder. He particularly enjoys the versatility of work and clients he encounters and puts 100% into every task. With ambitions of becoming a chartered accountant, Harvir envisions a successful career within CTT Accountancy.

Kenneth Bourne

TRAINEE ACCOUNTANT

As CTT Accountancy’s newest and youngest recruit, the word colleagues most often use to describe Kenneth is ‘driven’. He joined the team early in 2024, coming from a different practice, bringing a varied skillset to the team. His drive and enthusiasm are evident in his approach to work and his eagerness to tackle complex cases. This dedication to his work did not go unnoticed, as he was recently named accountant of the month by his college!

Kenneth’s goal is to complete his AAT training and progress onto taking his ACCA qualifications to become a fully chartered, certified accountant.

He is committed to leveraging his growing knowledge, showing a particular interest in trusts and estates. He is passionate about expanding his understanding in these areas, while also ensuring that he provides his colleagues and clients with an exceptionally high level of support.

Navraj Chagger

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE STUDENT

Leicester University student Nav joined CTT Accountancy in August 2022 on a work placement. Having completed two years of his Accounting and Finance course, he’s currently gaining industry experience with CTT Accountancy before completing the third and final year of his degree.

Before coming to work at CTT, Nav’s passion was for managerial accounting, but hard work and a keen interest have seen him develop his financial accounting too. In his role as a trainee, Nav assists with a broad range of tasks, benefitting from the team’s careful guidance.

He provides a vital role in supporting senior team members and enjoys applying his textbook knowledge to real-life work situations where his mathematical ability, business acumen, and sharp research skills are invaluable.
