James has a Law degree, STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates, STEP Diploma, CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and CII Certificates in Mortgage Advice and Equity Release.
James joined CTT Group in 2014 in a temporary role, but his determination and conscientious nature soon saw him become a permanent fixture and his career progressed rapidly. Now he’s a valued Private Client Advisor, giving specialist advice on mortgages, protection, pensions, investments, and equity release.
James is a calm and positive presence with a personable approach to advising. His co-workers describe him as incredibly considerate and determined to do the best by his clients – so much so though that his colleagues have even become clients themselves and sing his praises for securing advantageous mortgages!
He loves nothing better than achieving clients’ goals, whether that’s landing a great deal or establishing a retirement plan that comes to fruition and allows a client to retire sooner than expected. James finds it immensely rewarding to be a part of someone’s financial journey, taking care of the hard part, and seeing their joy and satisfaction as they move into the next phase of their lives in comfort.
