Kinga is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (GCILEX) and a Law Graduate (LLB Law) who has worked in the sector since 2013. Continuous development and learning are important to Kinga, and she is currently working towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Her background as a Senior Probate Manager and taking on the most complex probate cases has given her unique insight into estate planning best practice. Kinga brings these invaluable skills to benefit CTT’s clients and introducers, offering unrivalled expertise alongside elite estate planning advice that means high-net-worth clients avoid the costly pitfalls that come with poor planning and tricky probate.
Having moved from Poland to the UK in 2006, Kinga’s determination and astute intelligence have seen her acquire all her UK professional qualifications and establish an accomplishment-driven career. This exceptional competency is evidenced by her rapid acceleration to CTT’s elite Private Client Department.
Kinga’s approach to her work as a Private Client Advisor is to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly, avoiding legal jargon and making estate planning an accessible process for her clients. Although all her clients receive the same exacting level of service, Kinga – along with the rest of the Private Client Department – believes strongly in treating each client as an individual, addressing every situation specifically with a personal approach ensuring all clients receive a service tailored to them.
The challenges and unpredictability of the role are what Kinga thrives on; working with clients to successfully see a case come to fruition is what inspires her. She values building trust and longstanding relationships with her clients and realising the most beneficial outcome for them.
