We’re proud to share that Mind, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire has been chosen as CTT Group’s Charity of Choice for 2026.

This choice reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting mental health, wellbeing and meaningful action within our workplace and wider community.

Mental health touches every part of life. How we work. How we show up for the people we care about. How we manage pressure, change and difficult seasons.

For many people, having access to the right support at the right time is not just helpful, it can be life changing. Mind, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire exists to make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone, providing information, advice, local services and a voice for better mental health care.

For our teams within Gables House, this felt like a natural fit.

So much of what we do at CTT Group is about helping people feel secure, whether that is through planning, protecting families, or supporting clients through some of life’s most important decisions. It would not feel right to talk about asset protection and estate planning solutions without also taking mental health seriously.

We know people do their best work when they feel genuinely supported, listened to and valued. As an employer, we believe we have a responsibility to help create and nurture that kind of environment.

Wellbeing at work: the small things matter

This year, CTT Group marked Mental Health Awareness Week with a focus on action, looking at the small, everyday steps that can support wellbeing at work.

Our team created a space where staff could pause, take stock and access wellbeing resources, including fresh fruit, positive affirmations, and materials from the Mental Health Foundation and Mind.

On their own, these may seem like small things. But small, consistent actions can make a real difference. An action could be as simple as checking in on a colleague, taking a proper lunch break, or noticing when someone seems quieter than usual and asking how they are doing.

These things matter more than we sometimes give them credit for.

This year, we also introduced specialist-led sessions designed to support the wellbeing of our team. These workshops focused on building awareness, challenging perceptions, and providing practical tools to help individuals better understand and manage mental health in the workplace.

For us, the aim should never be to have one conversation and move on. It is to keep the conversation going, continue learning and make sure wellbeing remains part of our culture every day.

That is why supporting Mind, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire as our Charity of Choice for 2026 is so important to us.

Supporting Mind, Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire in the wider community

While our internal wellbeing work is important, we also wanted this year’s charity focus to extend beyond our own workplace and into the wider community.

Mental health support can look different for everyone. For some, it may mean finding clear information at a difficult time. For others, it may mean speaking to someone who understands, accessing local services, or simply knowing they are not alone.

The charity provides trusted mental health information, campaigns for better services and works through local services to reach people who need support in their own communities.

That work matters, and we are proud to support it this year through awareness activity, fundraising and future events.

As part of this wider support, members of the CTT Group Private Client team are also taking on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Mind, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire, which you can support by clicking here! We look forward to sharing more about this challenge, along with future fundraising, events and team involvement, as the year unfolds.

Mental health matters every day. We are proud to support Mind, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire as our Charity of Choice for 2026, and to play a part in helping raise awareness, encourage conversation and support the vital work they do within our community.
