Following the announcement of Mind, Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire as CTT Group’s Charity of Choice for 2026, the CTT Private Client team wanted to support the charity’s work in a more direct and tangible way.

That commitment has led to the team sponsoring Berry Mews, a new supported living development in Coventry run by Mind, Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

Berry Mews has been designed for adults on their mental health recovery journey, offering safe, supported accommodation where residents can rebuild confidence, stability and independence.

The development includes 26 supported bedsits with ensuites, including two units adapted for people with physical disabilities, as well as communal living spaces and laundry rooms. Residents are expected to stay for approximately two years before moving on to more independent living, with support available from a dedicated Mind staff team based on site.

For people recovering from mental health challenges, a safe and stable home can be one of the most important parts of recovery. It can offer dignity, routine, reassurance and the space to take real steps forward.

Through this sponsorship, the CTT Private Client team is proud to support a project that will make a tangible difference to people in the local community.

Supporting safer, more independent futures

Mental health recovery is not always linear, and the right environment can play a vital role in helping people move forward.

Supported living developments like Berry Mews can provide more than accommodation. They can offer structure, safety and the reassurance of knowing support is close by when it is needed.

For residents, this can be an important step towards greater independence, helping them build confidence at their own pace while remaining connected to practical and emotional support.

This is why the CTT Private Client team felt Berry Mews was such a meaningful project to support.

At the heart of this sponsorship is a simple message: people deserve support, understanding and hope, whether they are part of our team, our professional network or our wider community.

As CTT Group supports Mind, Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire as its Charity of Choice for 2026, the CTT Private Client team is proud to contribute to a local project helping people move towards safer, more independent futures.

Bob Massey BSc DipPFS TEP, Founding Director, CTT Tax & Trust, comments:

“We chose Mind as our Charity of Choice in memory of our much-loved colleague Tim Whitehouse, and supporting Berry Mews is something we are extremely proud to be involved with. The development will provide more than just accommodation. It will offer stability, reassurance and support to people during a difficult time in their lives. We hope our sponsorship helps contribute towards the important work that Mind continues to do across Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire.”

We look forward to sharing more about our support for Mind, Coventry Warwickshire and Worcestershire throughout the year.
