Lucy first stepped into our CTT offices in October 2009, joining us as a Legal Administrator in our Processing and Admin department. The Admin team kept Lucy very busy during this period; introducing her to our operations and the handling of legal documents. It is fair to state that Lucy adopted all our processes incredibly fast, as less than six months later, she moved on to a new role!
After getting to grips with our processes, Lucy moved into the Probate department where she carried out new administrative duties, and began to handle our Probate cases. After another six successful months with us, it was time for Lucy to face an even bigger challenge!
Lucy initially joined the IFA team undertaking administrative work such as creating annual review packs. Thanks to her breadth of experience, she quickly transitioned into a Paraplanner where she could focus on attending client meetings, submitting new business applications, and completing important client research.
After five great years with us, Lucy’s personal growth, experience, and knowledge, meant she was ready for a leadership role: Practice Manager for the CTT Private Client department! She currently manages the Private Client Team and workflows, advising clients on tax and trust work, assisting our director Bob Massey with providing complex advice, and managing relationships with introducers! Lucy continues to thrive in this managerial role, where her strong character, personability, and leadership continue to be a huge asset to our team.
