Biography

Michael’s early aspirations to deliver milk came from a desire to get his working day over and done with before breakfast. But his ambition to be a solicitor and CTT’s collaborative work culture have made him a committed member of the team.

Michael’s had his sights set on a career in law ever since Sixth Form college. After completing various law qualifications, a friend suggested he contact CTT for the next step in his career journey. The work ethos, culture, and people instantly appealed to Michael, whose open-minded friendliness, humour, and approachability made him an instant hit at CTT.

Since joining, Michael’s self-confidence and professional communication skills have soared along with his technical abilities, thanks to CTT’s training and the inspiration of CTT director and MD of CTT Law, Anthony Mbanefo.
Now, Michael looks forward to his morning coffee and cracking on alongside his CTT colleagues, learning something new every day. His biggest achievement? “Qualifying as a Solicitor and buying my first house.”

Michael’s advice to jobseekers: Take the jump!

Michael’s dream of becoming a solicitor has come true thanks to his commitment and determination but it all started with a leap into the unknown! There are so many great opportunities out there for the taking if you’re willing enough to try. “Don’t be scared to put your foot in it or share innovative suggestions,” Michael advises, adding that, at CTT, you should also share your ideas for your own training and development.
