We exist solely for our members, which is why we’re excited to announce the launch of a brand-new in-house team, dedicated to providing new and existing clients with everything they need to get the most from their CTT membership.

The role of the Partnership Team

Your new Partnership Team is at the forefront of CTT’s award-winning client services. With highly motivated customer service experts at its core, the team is a source of all information on CTT’s Professional Advisor support services and software solutions.

From answering initial enquiries and onboarding new members to assisting advisors with booking training courses and accessing CTT’s various software platforms, the Partnership Team is your new go-to resource for those starting out or seeking help on their CTT journey.

In addition to serving our members, the Partnership Team will also provide additional support to CTT’s in-house network of services. In this way, we’re ensuring the sustained improvement of our client offering. By further honing our in-house processes and increasing efficiency, we can continue to exceed our member’s expectations and set a new standard of excellence for the industry.

With this in mind, we are currently working on digitising and streamlining our onboarding process, creating a portal that will provide easier access to booking training and managing your membership – so watch this space!
