Experience
Essential:

• 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Fluency in conveyancing law and practice, including trusts of land.
• Fee-earning experience running a varied caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion.
• Proficiency with legal case management systems.

Desirable:

• 3 years + PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Knowledge and experience of regulatory compliance and familiarity with industry best practice standards
including CQS and Lexcel.
• Knowledge and experience of managing lender panels.
• Experience of supervising junior staff.
• Expertise in residential conveyancing law and practice.
• Fluency in commercial conveyancing law and practice.
• Fluency in equitable principles and trust law.

Skills

• Excellent IT skills.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a clear and
professional manner at all levels.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

• Willingness to constructively challenge own work to continually improve performance.
